sharingan is a bloodline only used by uchiha members unless a uchiha's eye is tranfered to another person


sharingan has 6 diffrent stages of effects the first 3 look almost the same and have just about the same efects which raises speed strength energy lvel and lets user see slightley into the future in which the time varies for each stage



1st stage 1-5 secons into future
2nd stage up to a muinet into the future
3rd stage up to 5 muinets into the future

the other three stages are yet to be exploited but will be having informaation on them soon ^~^
